    My dude, did you really do a 6lb butt for 11 hours at 185F? No wonder it looks dry AF. That’s like making jerky.

    Pro Tip: Learn how to spritz. Especially at the stage that the meat in pics 3 and 4 are at. Just a light dusting with the spray bottle on the exposed meat will depict a moist and delectable final result. Fishermen aren’t the only ones who tell lies. 😉
